What a great Coffee Bean location! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful to answer any questions I had. They were also quick to make my drinks when I ordered ahead on the phone!
Being right off Wilshire, the parking situation is nearly impossible. There is metered parking around the building if you are lucky enough to snag a spot! -

I really wanted to like this location but they have homeless people sitting outside it all the time. I had planned to sit outside to do some work one day and there were two different homeless people sitting there. One was swearing to himself profusely and loudly and the other just really smelled.
I walked by two more times on different days since but never stopped again as there was at least one homeless person there sitting at the outside table making it difficult to enjoy the outside. I hope they figure out some way to fixed this issue. I ended up at the Starbucks patio instead. -

Worst experience ever please do not go there they really mess up your order and do not have what's advertised in stock. I literally had to ask for my money back instead of them asking how they can fix this they were rude. Shame on you coffee bean.

Pretty standard Coffee Bean. It's near work so super convenient for me to stop by for my fix. I love their cold brew. I used to be a huge fan of the Cold Brew at Starbucks, but I have to say that CBTL's Cold Brew tastes much better. The staff here are lovely, and I've always had a good experience. Not sure what the parking situation is since I always walk over.
Oh...and I want to try their new Vietnamese Coffee!!! -

Awesome work space. Free WiFi, lots of tables(marble !). Some wobbly chairs and tables but overall a good spot. I love the big windows. Parking in small lot which I think needs validation, but there are free spots along the main Street. Coffee is usual coffee bean stuff!
